A delicate Chardonnay with fresh acidity and texture, lightly oaked, full of zesty ripe lemons and apples with a hint of toast.
The family have committed their land for sustainable farming to preserve the soil for future generations of winemakers, limiting use of all chemicals to encourage biodiversity in the vines and they are certified organic.
Laurent and his sons work with a very minimal intervention approach, both in the vineyards and in the winery, producing authentic and quality natural wines.
Served best with seafood, fish, white meats and goats cheeses.
