To add unique depth and texture, a portion of the blend is aged in Nomblot cement eggs and terracotta clay amphorae, resulting in a sophisticated white with a silky smooth entrance.

The wine offers an enticing bouquet of white peach, ripe pineapple and a subtle hint of lemon curd. On the palate, it reveals vibrant layers of guava, winter melon and fresh gooseberry, beautifully balanced by a crisp acidity and underlying notes of Packham pear.
