La Minuette Rose 2024

‘La Minuette’ blended rosé comes from La Livinière limestone terroir. Its pale colour and floral bouquet represent the ‘Minuette’ variety of rose planted in Kenya by Tim Ford in 1982, during his 25 years of rose production in Africa.

The 2024 vintage is distinguished by its great finesse. In the glass, it has a light pink colour, with a very Provençal style. The nose opens with delicate aromas of raspberry, grapefruit, redcurrant and cherry blossom, creating a sensation of freshness.

On the palate, the clementine unfolds with a fresh, elegant and very subtle structure, underpinned by salivating acidity. It is also marked by notes of wild strawberries and a touch of orange zest, offering a perfect balance of great delicacy.
