This exceptional extra virgin olive oil is pressed from organic olives grown on the same high-altitude MonteRosola estate in Volterra, Tuscany. It is a premium blend, predominantly crafted from the classic Tuscan Frantoio, Moraiolo, and Leccino olive varietals.
The oil is cold-pressed immediately after harvest, resulting in a vibrant green colour and a complex, balanced flavour. It offers distinct notes of fresh-cut grass, artichoke, and almond, followed by a pleasingly peppery finish that signifies its freshness and high polyphenol content.
The MonteRosola oil is highly decorated, receiving multiple Gold Medals in international competitions, confirming its outstanding quality. It is superb drizzled over bruschetta, grilled vegetables, soups, and ideal for finishing grilled meats or dressing a simple mixed salad.
