Primo Passo 2021

This bright, refreshing white wine is the embodiment of Tuscan sunshine, hailing from the high-altitude MonteRosola estate in Volterra. The Primo Passo is crafted entirely from 100% Viognier grapes, benefiting from the mineral-rich clay and limestone soils of the area.

It displays a vibrant straw-yellow colour and offers an inviting aromatic profile of ripe apricot, white peach, jasmine, and a hint of Mediterranean scrub. The palate is crisp, harmonious, and medium-bodied, showcasing a lovely minerality and a persistent, clean finish that highlights the varietal purity.
